However, please note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or atrium. A $500 fine will be assessed, along with additional cleaning fees, if evidence of smoking is found. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we have a few house rules in place. All guests, including visitors (maximum of 8 people), must be listed on the reservation. Parties, events, and damages are strictly prohibited. We do not allow pets, and guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Please clean all used dishes before checking out and take out the trash. For long-term guests staying over a week, trash pickup is available every Tuesday on the curbside.
